Ardads extended pedigree shows a real influence for speed on the dams side with Red Clubs being crowned Champion Sprinter in 2007 & 2nd Dam producing Maarek, winner of 14 races inc Prix de l’Abbaye & Champion Sprint @ Ascot on Champions Day.

He is out of Powerful Dream (Frozen Power) Mare who is herself a multiple winner of 10 races and placed 22 times from 2-6 years. This is the same cross has Perfect Power (Ardad x Frozen Dream Mare) and quite surprisingly has never been tried since considering Perfect Power won the Norfolk Stakes @ Royal Ascot only 8 days after winning his maiden, he followed that up with Gr1 victories in the Prix Morny & Middle Park. He went on to win the Gr1 Commonwealth Cup which was his second Royal Ascot success & now stands at the Dalham Hall Stud.
