The son of Lope De Vega took a step forward for his maiden run where he finished 2nd to a smart type.
Rogue De Vega the 8/15 shot was heavily backed at Chelmsford last night under a great ride from David Egan, with an abundance of Rogue supporters cheering him home causing chaos in the winners enclosure they nearly cleared them out of champagne too.
He was still very green and lit up in stages through the race, David managed to get him settled and his quality prevailed in the end winning going away the last 100 yards.
